Okay, we agree these tiny stripes on thighs, arms, breasts, hips, or abdomen called stretch marks are not harmful to your health. But, neither are they attractive traits to view- not by the carrier or anyone else for that matter.

1. Sugar
Dead skin cells are what magnify the appearance of stretch marks. As an incredible natural exfoliant with a good penetrating quality that removes these dead skin cells, sugar does wonder in lightening the appearance of stretch marks, and at the same time, rewarding you with soft and supple skin.
How to use – form a paste with sugar using water and apply on the affected area in circular motion for about 10 minutes. Rinse off with lukewarm water and repeat twice in a week.
2. Aloe Vera Gel

5. Vitamin E

Often times, expectant mothers are advised to apply vitamin e oil or lotion on their growing tummy to minimize the appearance of stretch marks.
