We all struggle with having the perfect skin almost everyday. And this, has left some a little bit insecure in their own skin.
Fortunately, achieving a radiant looking and blemish free skin is not as hard as many people may think. With just a few proven tips, you might just be only a few days away from feeling incredible and confident in your beautiful, glowing skin.
1. EAT RIGHT
You are what you eat. if glowing skin is your target you need to ditch junks and adopt fesh fruits and veggies as your number one on your food item list.

Avoid eating fried or salty foods, trust us, they are not friends of glowing skin.
Most importantly, have a keen for low sugar diet as they help reduce insulin levels which in turn maintains a healthy body balance rewarding you with bright and glowing skin.
2. SUNSCREEN LOTION IS A MUST
Doesn't matter how long you plan on staying, if you're headed for the beach, never second guess using a sunscreen.

Fortunately, there are numerous lists of good exfoliants out there you can grab on the counter, however, always go for the one that contains antioxidant.

4. SLEEP LIKE A BABY
It has been known that stress is one of the major causes of dull, flaky looking skin. Lack of sleep as a result of stress and vice versa can trigger the release of radicals. And hey, radicals are not your friends. So, be sure to treat yourself to at least 8 hours of sleep every night. Your skin will thank you for it.

5. KEEP YOUR BODY MOVING.
From walking and jogging to skipping and yoga, you can increase your blood circulation. You don't have to hire a trainer to sweat out toxins from your body as long you're moving your skin will appreciate you for it.
Don't forget to wash off the sweat thereafter to avoid keeping dirt that can clog your pores and result to breakouts in the long run.

Allow your skin to have a breathing space overnight by leaving it 'make up less'.
