Tips to get glowing skin after waking up
I know nowadays you all must be in a hectic schedule with most of us working from home. In the end of the day you have to prepare dinner for yourself or your family, you are so tired to do a complete beauty regime and you end up sleeping like that . We all have heard of beauty sleep, isn't it but have you ever wondered how you can get it? Yes, we are talking about getting glowing skin after waking up. So today I will give you few tips on how you can get a perfect beauty sleep . Let's get started...
1. Clean your face

I know this sounds so basic but let's accept this we rarely do this on our busy days and sleep right after jumping on bed . Start doing it from today, best way is to set an alarm at the specific time so you won't forget it even at your busy day .
2. Moisturize your skin

After cleaning your skin, apply moisturiser on damp skin . No matter if you have super oily skin , you can't skip moisturiser because if you skip this your skin will secrete more oil and you don't want that . Apply your favourite oils/ serums at night for the best results .
3. Silk/satin pillow case

Sleep on silk pillow cases to prevent the friction on your skin while sleeping . If you don't have silk pillow case you can also use satin pillow case . We don't realise how much of friction our skin go through when we sleep on cotton or any other rough material which can lead to pre mature ageing and fine lines .
4. Eat light before sleeping

I know this is not always possible but try to eat as light as possible for dinner . Have at least two hours gap after dinner and before sleeping .
5. Sleeping position

The best sleeping position is sleeping on your back , it puts less wrinkle - inducing pressure on your face and slight elevation ( by pillow ) prevents fluid from building up under your eyes .
Sleeping on side is not the best way to sleep as it may cause friction but it's good for sinus issues .
Sleeping on your stomach can cause more friction on your face . The pressure on your face can cause fine lines and puffiness around eyes .
6. No open hairs

When you sleep keep your hairs up or in a loose braid in order to be in minimise its contact with your face , you won't face any skin breakout issues.
Don't forget to sleep for at least 7 hours for relaxing your face and whole body . Sleeping for less hours can lead to frustration , mood swings , weak concentration next day and many skin issues .
So ladies , these were the advices for beauty sleep. Tell us about your beauty sleep ideas and how you get the natural glow on your face after waking up.
